Scope of Services. Through this Site, Elevator Music Entertainment markets and arranges DJ Services, Event Lighting, Monogram Projection, Custom Event Planning, Audio Mixer Rental, Wedding DJ. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://djservicesmanvel.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Elevator Music Entertainment or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Account Closure. Elevator Music Entertainment reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

No Warranties. Elevator Music Entertainment disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Damages. Elevator Music Entertainment is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Elevator Music Entertainment from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Modifications. Elevator Music Entertainment may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
